Harvey's - Innisfil

Came through drive thu November 24th at 10pm. Extremely disappointed with the staff. Waited forever to receive our order in the drive through. Just to realize that they overcharged me in the window. I seen them high five each right after i paid until heg gave my my food I told them they over charged. They reimbursed me 5 dollars, which wasn't even the correct reimbursement right from the cash register they didnt even doing it properly through the machine. Finally we leave drive thu realize we got no drinks. Had to go inside get drinks. Made it home to finally eat with my children. There was no toppings in both burgers. We asked for so many different toppings and we got nothing. We also heard them giggling in the drive through when we're placing our order. The boy working at this time on this night is a joke. I think he's on drugs or something he should have a job. Management should definitely pay attention to who they have serving at this time because there terrible they act like its a joke. He had like blond hair. The girl working seemed like she was the only normal one. Fix your staff.

3 times they messed up on Angus burger with everything on it. Absolutely useless employees

They never get the order correct. Ordered onion rings and got fries. They took back the fries from me after it being in my possession before giving me my rings. It's garbage to them so why take it back? Or else they'll use it for another order.Customer service is terrible everytime I go

Great service. Was served by Kevin. Great dude super nice. Definitely recommend. Always come here while I'm off
