Apna Sweets - Indore

I 've heard so much about this place and how it is considered a great place to visit in Indore. Very disappointed with their lackadaisical approach to customer experience in their restaurant. After having reached 2 floors above by stairs..we realise that it is a self service restaurant. Went up to counter to place an order and we are told to go down and purchase a preloaded CARD. Why wouldn 't they bother to inform at entrance? I was about to leave the place when the cashier offered a boy to get it the card.. Ordered Chole Bhaturaa and Fresh Lime soda. I was served Chole Bhatura and FL Soda was not served even after I finished my Lunch. The explanation that the Steward gave was It takes Time to make FL Soda . I assume my Chole Bhatura was made previous night? They just don 't seem to worry about customer experience...
