Dunkin' - Indianapolis

I love dunkin and have for decades. I swear their coffee is amazing but this location is poorly run. Donutes can be very dry or just poorly done more often than not. They will close while u are literally already sitting at speaker waiting to order. Theytook the order from the car in front of me, and I pulled up to speaker 3 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't come on toanswer and tell me they closed. Keep in mind I had waiting in like a 4 car line to get to the speaker. I went thru another timeand order 6 donuts and they messed up 4 of the 6. This location needs an overhaul

I love the hot chocolate at Dunkin' donuts but they're donuts are horrible. I would say they are just about the worst donuts you can get at any donut chain on the south side. The only reason I ever go here is for the avocado toast with bacon or for a largehot chocolate. I would not recommend much else on their menu. Instead, go to Pana donuts. You will find some of the best tastingdonuts I have ever had anywhere

This place is a no for me. I usually go to mcdonalds next door when I decide to snap a bit fast in the morning with the time. this place has no customer service, I sat one because in the car thru. everything I order had this old taste. the donut tasted as if he was old and went out for days, the hathbrown I looked like they were cooked in old oil, but soggy as if they were fighting because they were not so small. what a disappointment.

I love this Dunkin, I stop here most mornings on my way to work. The ladies here are fantastic and always take great care of me!

I love these people and their coffee . They, in turn, love my dog. Rufus (said dog) intensely enjoys their pup cup . Though it is only whipped cream, you 'd think it was the world 's best cappuccino.
