Old Chicago - Independence

Venue is large and roomy, trendy and modern interior and a huge plus for me....also neat and clean. Service was excellent. Our waitress was so patient: My guy got the boneless wings and I got a cauliflower base small pizza. It was delicious! This is place is open until late on weekends, so it was very convenient for us as we weren't sure if any place would still be doing food at that time (past 10pm We're happy we chose Old Chicago!

It was my first time here after a comedy show. The food was really good and fulfilling. We had just ordered appetizers. The Italian Nachos, Buffalo chicken rolls and garlic cheese bread was Fire! We will be back. Not to mention it was only two waitresses and they were busting their butts to serve everyone.

When I entered Old Chicago I had in mind a deep dish pizza. I was surprised to find the only deep dish was more of a pan pizza called the Detroit Pan. The service was good and the server was quick to explain the difference in their crusts. I think that the prices are terribly high for their pizzas. If you call yourself old Chicago and serve pizzas you should have a deep dish.
