Bad customer service. I didn't get a whole series of chicken strips. 2 the chicken strips looked really sad.

Don't eat them here. I love milk queen and eat it when we can. but tonight we bought our food, and when we got it back, we had no fries at all, and the food we had come back was skeptical as if it had been too long. my daughter didn't even eat it. We tried to talk to a manager and nobody picked up the phone. terrible experience and honest u should save their money or spend it elsewhere. the manager up there, ace. I tried to tell me that there are 7 minutes after cooking something to eat so that he is not responsible for a refund. even if they shy the door. does not make much sense. I will never be here again. would recommend everyone.

Ranch looks old and wasn't even half so filled that this wasn't the first time I had to do with this problem, it didn't even throw it away.

They have pretty good ice cream and cakes. Food is mediocre. Been there twice and both times the food was over cooked. The first time I ordered a large fry and was more like a small in a large box. The second time I ordered entrees and ice cream. Got the ice cream then was told to pull forward to wait on the food. By the time they brought the food to me the ice cream was more like soup. They were getting ready to close so I could understand. Still though the ice cream should've been handed to me same time food was brought out. The entrees were so hard you couldn't even eat the chicken strips with maybe 10 fries in each box. Almost afraid to go back there. They don't seem to have near as much on their menu as the DQ in Warrensburg, MO has on theirs.
