Chick-fil-a - Independence

I wasn't in my normal restaurant. I ordered ahead on the app and curbside to speed up the process. was so slow. when I got my food, there were no other cars on the parking lot or the car thru. was not fast. hopefully it was just this place food: 5/5

The independence store has the worst service I have ever seen. today I ordered a chicken bite that added American cheese. on the way through what I got was not that. So I have to go back in and try to correct this. I said the little short lady what happened, she took that sandwich and my reception and said the kitchen 3 times to make it. Why I had to scream for her after 10 minutes should that be obvious. no apologies, no apportionment, not hing. If that's what they call customer service, I don't want it. it seems there are other crickets.

Long wait. the chicken was hot and tastes good. waffelfries were just as warm. staff always friendly. food: 4/5

Consistently good food. I've eaten here dozens of times at this point, and the quality never changes. Never gotten a wrong item, never gotten bad quality food, always excellent service. I wish every fast food place was as efficient and had this high of standards for their food.

I went inside to this location had three orders. They put the food in one bag when asked to separate the food into three bags they didn't instead they put the bag in a plastic bag I had to ask for 2 additional bags to separate the food myself in the car the fry's were over cooked soggy and full of salt the sandwiches were stale tasting like they had sat them out all day. For the amount of money paid what a disappointment the food and service did not match! If I could give zeros I would have. Terrible eating experience!!!!
