They said they had no vouchers like we HAD IN OUR HAND, went back and forth with the store and they said they would credit us if the delivery driver got the voucher. meal was ordered at 4:10 on Saturday, received food at 5:25, ALL food was KOLD. He called the store again, said they would not appreciate us for the voucher, but after further discussion with the manager, he agreed to us a FULL REFUND, checked with our bank on Sunday, refund was NIE GIVEN, and now they tell us that they only have us a store credit that we have said NO THANKS because we have no reason to ever do business with this place again! Wait for a call from the owner that we are sure will NIE HAPPEN! We have tried to support our local business, and this is what we get, we have said that the voucher we have IN HAND is not good (received in e-mail on Thursday) and food was ICE COLD, salad went bad and pizzas were not done right! $50 on pizza and this is what we get, 2 days TRYING to get our money back after we were told BY A MANAGER that they would refund us! BUYER BEWARE, her work Ethics and customer service is a JOKE, go somewhere else!!
The atmosphere of this restaurant is as comfortable and feels like a place they have been living all of their lives! the wings are so crispy and tasty, we do not forget the buy 1 get 1 free xl pizza deal, excellent. if they get a chance to try it, I recommend! good prices and beautiful staff:

After 20 years of enjoying this little gem, after the experience I had tonight sadly I will not be going back and I will miss it. I have met the owner on many occasions over the years and I cannot believe he would condone the way his night manager and counter girl treated a valued long time customer. This night shift definitely needs some coaching. Being told by the counter girl I should have went to Domino 's or Papa John if I didnt want to wait almost an hour for my order after being told it would be 20 minutes on the phone is really unacceptable. A night manager who refused to cancel my order and return my money or apply any kind of discount. I try to give any person or business a break, we all have bad days but to just be rude when you are clearly in the wrong clearly shows the night shift working at this location really doesnt care about long term valued customers. Just a heads up to all carry out customers, the manager told me my wait was so long because anytime a dine in customer places an order the carry out order will be placed behind it no matter how much earlier the carry out order was place. NEVER ever once any 'sorry for the delay ' or anything just very rude and really inappropriate responses.
