The Diablas Kitchen - Idaho Falls

The breakfast at this restaurant was excellent! Our waitress suggested trying the Monte Cristo Pizza, as it was her personal favorite. It was crispy and delicious. They also offer Mimosa flights and Bloody Marys.

The food here is absolutely delicious! We tried the chicken and waffles, beef stew, coffee, and hot chocolate, and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the waffles were nice and crisp. The potato wedges were seasoned with Cajun spices and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place! It has a charming vintage ambiance with tasteful decor, making for a wonderful dining experience.

Unfortunately, I've just learned that Diablas Kitchen is losing its location. I'm hopeful they find a new spot soon because it's an amazing restaurant with fantastic food. I'm really glad they're back for dinner! I ordered the Vegan Nachos and would recommend them to everyone, whether you're vegan or not.

I love this place! Feels like at home, fantastic building (go when it rains for a special treat) with a fantastic view. They set a unique turn on their menu, which is a beautiful change. You have a whole closet full of hot sauces to try. Good home kitchen and family owned. A must try!

Amazing food! Amazing decor. Amazing service. I would eat here every day if I lived here.
