Pitmaster Barbque Company - Idaho Falls

We tried three different meats, they were all dried and I would suspect they were from the outset. Corn bread was good, but again cold and not fresh. Good thing the bbq sause is good because we had to use a lot of it! The pig's feet were like salted torment and we couldn't eat it.

I liked this place when my old boss took me here. That is why I went back. This time I had lunch with my Dad. The brisket was dry. Maybe it was old leftovers or it was originally overcooked...one of the two. Cornbread was cold. Ribs were ok. Mac and cheese was decent. It wasn't nearly as good as when I went the first two times. I don't know why it has gone down hill. Before I remember it being busy. When we walked in this time, no one was there. Ya better fix it before it is too late.

I love BBQ and this place is sad. You walk in and see all the awards they have won and think you 're in for a treat. You 're not. I 've never had to guess on what was brisket and what was pulled pork because I couldn 't tell the difference by looking or TASTING the meat. I was so excited to try this place but I left sad and hungry. The best part of my meal was the green beans. The pig candy like eating a greasy, honey drenched stick. I 've never had bacon so hard. Definitely not worth the price. After trying my friend 's ribs, I think I 'll go have a McDonald 's McRib sandwich before I consider coming back here for BBQ. Also, ketchup should not be the first ingredient on all of your BBQ sauce ingredients. In fact all of the BBQ sauce labels are exactly the same. The only reason I 'm giving this place 2 stars is because the staff was extremely friendly and great at their jobs.

So the cornbread was good? I wish they made corn pudding style too. I ordered a small pit salad on DoorDash and it was alright too. The salad comes with fresh tomatoes , carrot pieces and cucumber. Not a lot of meat but I liked that. The times we?ve eaten in it?s a clean and cute little place. The meat is really tasty I?ve had it outside of the salad and it was pretty good!! Definitely worth trying : in a good part of Idaho falls too near shopping places.

The sandwich was a bit dry, but the service was excellent. The cornbread was incredibly dense, but the BBQ sauce was exceptional. Overall, a great place for food!
