How has the next level of management not noticed how terrible this location is? i like Chipotle a lot. i would be going here at least once a week because i work only 5 minutes away. but they are doing a terrible job here. this location should be doing bang up business because Hutto is growing so fast. you only get one shot at a first impression and they blew it bad. just a shame.
My son and I went to the restaurant on Tuesday evening for dinner. It was not busy at the time we were there. It took about three minutes for the workers to quit talking and begin taking our order. The food prep area was a mess. It appeared that it had not been cleaned in while. On my order there was very little meat only about six to eight pieces of chicken. Save yourself the hassle, just go to another location either on University Blvd or the one in the Stonehill shopping center. The employees here don?t care, straight up.
