Chili's Grill - Hutto

Besides the staff blatantly talking s about each other in ear shot of customers, it's pretty delicious. I ?? the Patron Blackberry Margarita is so yummy!! And the triple dipper is a classic!

Walked to the door around 11am, where I was told it?d be a minute before they opened, since some few key people didn?t come in. I said no problem, and they offered to let me sit inside, due to the wind. Once I was sat, Sheila, my server, was superresponsive, fast, and polite. Everyone in the process made the visit very enjoyable. The food was great, and came out in atimely manner.

We visited on Veterans Day for a quick dinner and decided to try the "Oldtimer Burger." I opted for mine without the bun. We were seated in a booth in the bar area, which had a lovely atmosphere, and the wait staff was very attentive. The bartender took our order and even offered us tea on the house as a gesture for being Veterans. The burgers were delicious, and the fries came out hot and crispy. We left feeling pleased and satisfied, and we will definitely return!

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars because my previous visits to this location were quite disappointing, but today was a pleasant surprise. The service was wonderful and quick. Normally, we have to wait at the entrance for over 5 minutes for a host, but this time, she was right there at the front - fantastic! We decided to sit at the bar, where Hannah was our server. She took care of our drinks and appetizer while managing a bustling bar and welcoming guests. In addition to making drinks for a full bar, she was also attending to 3 or 4 tables in the bar area. She truly is a star, doing all of this with a smile! I can't guarantee that everyone will have the same experience, as my past visits have included terrible service. Nevertheless, great job, Hannah! Thank you!

Every Chili's in the area seems to be understaffed and only serving the bar area. Good luck finding a table if your party has more than six people; we witnessed several guests leave in frustration due to the wait. Despite the staffing challenges, our visit was pleasant overall. The available staff were friendly and attentive. When I asked our waitress if they knew why so many Chili's are experiencing these issues lately, she didn't have an answer. My food arrived a bit lukewarm, but it was still acceptable. It's also nice to find a sit-down restaurant where you can feed a family of four for less than $40 these days.
