So many different vendors of food. Great variety! Some attractions are the same some are different every year. Security is FANTASTIC with Law Enforcement from all over the state of Kansas. Hope to see you there.

One of the better state fairs I've to, try to hit a new state every year. It rivals Iowa. Great food options, great entertainment and a nice venue.

This fair trumps Missouri and Nebraska and is in the same class as Iowa. I'm a city girl who can't tell one soybean from the next but that doesn't matter. It's STILL fun to play amateur livestock judge. The entertainment worked and was relevant timber sports, cowboy shootout, informative barn tours and a whole barn dedicated to baby animals and their births which was SUPER neat. And the food? Yeah. PRO TIP skip the boiled eggs at the Hampton and go early for biscuits and gravy in the air conditioned bakery.
