Breakfasts are amazing, lunch is usually a kind of comfort food, and the tacos and Mexican foods are to die. The portions are huge and the prices are low. The staff is always helpful and out of the way to ask you. As you can say, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Hutchinson.
The staff at this retired firehouse restaurant are very welcoming and the breakfast is delicious! As soon as I walked in, I could smell the amazing food and feel the warm atmosphere. I ordered a breakfast burrito off the menu and it was made exactly how I wanted it without any issues. The portion size was larger than I expected, with two burritos for the price of one and a delicious side of hash browns and sausage. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The only slight inconveniences were the crowded parking situation, prompting me to park a little further down the street, and the slightly cramped seating arrangement. However, these minor drawbacks are likely due to the restaurant's popularity and their efforts to accommodate as many guests as possible.
Good eats. Great place to eat!! price cant be beat!! dont see the need for the one long table, but, service is great- coffee refills always coming . .
In search of a filling, classic American breakfast?. This is a great choice then. The menu is simple but filled with good 'ole favorites like pancakes and omelets and served in a real fire station... well, it used to be a fire station anyway. My husband and I stopped in for an early morning breakfast here while on vacation. We 'd tried a few other venues (all closed at 6am) but didn 't want the run of the mill pancake chain food. This place fit the bill perfectly. The staff was quick, pleasant and did a great job paying attention to our empty coffee mugs. Everything seemed to be made from scratch and was pretty tasty although the coffee was a bit weak for my palette. My husband had biscuits gravy it was a huge serving, and I had eggs, hash browns and French Toast. It was all yummy and there was no canned sausage in the gravy, contrary to what other reports have mentioned. Crowded and quirky, the atmosphere seemed a chaotic and a bit cramped, yet seemed to bolster the charm of the place even more. And regardless, this restaurant is a step up from the national pancake chains. Given the chance, I 'd go again.
This restaurant review could be improved by providing more detail on the dishes featured in the pictures. It would also be helpful to mention the type of camera used to take the pictures, as high-quality images can greatly enhance the overall appeal of a restaurant review. Additionally, including other diners' opinions and experiences at the restaurant would provide a more well-rounded perspective for readers to consider.
