Golden Chick - Hurst

Just walked out of golden chicken because the manager was frustrated there was people in the lobby. They aren’t busy not sure why he would be frustrated. People that were already sitting down have their food. It was just a total of four people waiting to get their order taken. He stepped out all upset raised his hand and looked at us like why df are we here. So rude . I can’t even believe this happened .

Overpriced like crazy ! Do not recommend ! Long wait for the food!

If I could give more stars I would. The food is always well prepared, just the right temperature, and is served out quickly. I recommend this fast food restaurant over any Ive ever been too.

I was given my food by a young lady on her cell phone. i tried to ask, is this everything. she started talking to her friend on the phone and ignored me. i drove 20m home and found i did not get my food. i called and a lady answered when she realized i called to complain she hung up on me. i called back 2 times and she picked up the phone and hung it up. i called again and a young man answered. i asked to talk to a manager and he said ok and put me on hold. i hung up 30m later. now they wont even answer the phone. i called another store to get there district managers name and . they would not give it to me. they said they would have her call me. they took my money, was disrespectfully on the phone with a friend, ignored me, didn't give me all of my food, hung up on me 3 times, refused to let me talk to a manager and finally wont even answer my call. that's theft at the least.
