I love this place! very professional management! israel the young lady who is a mgr? doordash has not delivered my order as they have shown to deliver. these 2 mgr took care of the problem very quickly! eating was great! I love el pollo loco?

This restaurant has been all over the place. We've been here since the grand opening. It went from inexpensive and delicious to $10 for a burrito and the smallest, shriveled up chicken pieces.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to customers. Location is very nice and the food did not disappoint, and neither did their horchata ?

$1 chicken taco Al carbon Tuesday is a great deal! And of course the regular chicken meals and sides are crazy good. This El Pollo Loco AKA crazy chicken is very tasty with great service and open a bit later than most places nearby

Really good food, but when you get a 3 piece meal all they do is cut a piece in half from a regular cut of chicken so it's really just a two piece with a thigh cut into two pieces. One will be really small with all bones.???
