Starbucks - Huntington Beach

Simply the best! I feel safe getting my coffee there. They've been doing everything to serve us safely, and stylishly as well. I can't imagine myself getting coffee in the morning in another place.

This is usually my go to Starbucks because it's most convenient for me location wise. Although, the workers here are very rude. They always have an attitude, no matter what time of day it is. They're facial expressions and tone have ruined every single one of my experiences with this Starbucks. I don't have a choice to stop going there, but I'm still very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. For example, some of my friends went there and specifically ordered a drink with NO whip cream. The worker at the time put whip cream on his drink and he told them he ordered it without whip. The employee rolled her eyes and gave attitude while remaking the drink. She was very snappy with how she handed him the drink after he had corrected her on the behalf of her mistake. This wasn't his fault at all since they asked whip or no whip and he said no whip. Even though this is just one situation, the employees there are rude and sassy daily. They seem miserable there, and really reflect it in their work.

Good location, gave it four stars because they won't redeem your rewards here.

Always a Happy experience at my Starbucks in HB Edinger and Springdale . The girls know me and know how picky I am with my Fraps. Happy Thanksgiving!

My daily on the way to work. Can be busy on the weekends. People still lineup for the drive-thru even though you can mobile order.
