Panera Bread - Huntington Beach

I'm here early afternoon today. The touch and feel of this place are getting worse, the bilingual person at the food counter has a long face, the sun is still up high, and she already has a long day; the African American manager may sound energic at theregister, at least trying hard but doesn't help with the drag of the fellow crew who handle or mishandled food and customerservice. To make it worse, the coffees are lukewarm, condiments not well stocked, bathroom has a newly installed lock; guessmuch has been done to make customers unwelcomed!!

My absolute favorite place to eat at Seacliff village. Here I can eat healthy without giving up on taste and the ingredients are fresh, which is always a plus. I have been coming here for years and the staff is super friendly, really makes me feel at home.Claudia, James, Kelly, Noah and all the employees always go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your order and thatmakes anyone's day better!

We lived here in HB in the past and came here on a day visit. The restaurant is gross, no maintenance, no music or ambiance, the service was terrible, then our food comes out with a black hair in my wife?s sandwich and the picture below is my sandwichthat costs $12! This place is insane! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GO HERE!

I used to love coming to this place back in high school. Their kitchen sink cookies are the best. Their customer service is phenomenal. Even the manager is a very nice guy. Would highly recommend visiting.

Placed my order for a cup of soup grilled cheese sandwich for $17.00 30 mins later I am still waiting. The service behind all the counters are of no concern for their customers. Dirty silverware tables not wiped down. Will not be coming back!!!!
