Panda Bistro - HUNTINGDON VALLEY

Literally went back and forth with the owner about what I ordered. For 3 years I’ve been ordering “lunch combos” which come with an entree and an egg roll. Today, all of a sudden when I called because of missing egg rolls I was told you must say “combo or dinner combo” to get an egg roll and because I mentioned the word “lunch” I was given a “lunch special”. Absolutely ridiculous when I literally order the same thing every week. Rather than admitting the woman who took the order made a mistake and honoring what I asked for, he chose to go back and forth with me about mentioning the word “lunch” when in fact, the word “combo” means combination or multiple items. Will NOT be ordering from them again and you shouldn’t either.

Used to be my go to place not any more. Quality has went down hill lately. Last few times hasn't been good at all. Called them was hoping they would make it right and the owner said this is the amount you get and that's all. Ordered house chow Mei fun had 4 small pieces of shrimp and hardly any meat at all. Basically it was just noodles that's it. I'm glad they care about the customers. Time to find a new local place never again.

Walked in and walked out. Price too high! Who do these people think they are? $9.50 for a small chicken and broccoli? That's robbery from a hole in the wall take out spot

I feel they have very good food, however the customer service of the driver/delivery person is horrible. I was referred to Panda Bistro from a co-worker and loved it. Decided to order for dinner one night, and the driver asked me was I going to give him a tip. At that point, no. He then stated that he had to drive 15mins to get to my destination. Very unprofessional.

Tofu tastes like it was made a week ago and reheated. Most of it is inedible, hard on the outside and dry and spongy on the inside.
