Cava - Huntersville

I live in Birkdale and have been here numerous times since they’ve opened. I’m quite familiar with CAVA since I’ve been to the CAVA Mezze in DC numerous times (was slightly disappointed when I realized the Birkdale location wasn’t going to be a “Mezze”, the $35 all you can eat brunch special is simply amazing... but this location is unique in its own way. I love gyros and grain-bowls... use to go to Zoe’s (also in Birkdale and Pita Pit (in Cornelius all the time, but after the grain-bowl I just finished eating from CAVA, I will only be ordering from them. For the price, the amount of rice, lamb, and veggies they put in my bowl, AND how fresh and delicious it tasted, I would be silly to spend more money for less elsewhere. Their gyros are delicious and filling as well. Also, love how easy-yet-detailed it is to order online. Quality service all around.

I came here with my roommate and friends to celebrate her birthday and we wanted good, clean food. That's exactly what we got, but wasn't expecting the amazing service we got as well! Amber, Jenna Ave Caylee took such great care of us and made the whole experience first class! Not to mention how delicious our food was! Thanks so much and I will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I are regulars at Cava and the quality of food is always excellent and healthy. We were particularly happy to meet the new manager, Rahim, who is outgoing, friendly and generous. He served us quickly and with a smile. We also appreciate Jake. We can’t wait to come back!!

Carina was the sweetest and most helpful person when I went in yesterday. She exudes positivity and happiness and was a joy to be around. I had never been before but was convinced to go with my son who was home from college and raved about the one in Wilmington. Best decision ever! Amazing food, amazing customer service and impeccably clean.

Had lunch here today. The location is nice, plenty of outdoor seating. The food is always great — a bowl can actually be two meals. Also, if you’re unsure about which dressing to get, ask Clint. He hooked me up with an amazing combo… SO GOOD!!!
