Neither of them made eye contact or acknowledged me while I waited for one to put on gloves. I ultimately decided not to order and walked out. Why would I spend my money at a place that can’t even say hello to a customer? I believe there's a significant opportunity for the manager or owner to help their staff appreciate the importance of good customer service. There are plenty of other options available.
I visited the restaurant on Friday, May 20, 2022, just before 5 PM. The shorter Caucasian server noticed there was barely enough tuna in the bowl for my sandwich and remarked, "We're out of tuna." Instead of getting a fresh bowl, she swiped at the nearly empty one repeatedly. When I asked her about it, she insisted that I'd received my two scoops, but they were more like two half scoops. However, this review isn't just about the tuna; it's about the way I was treated, with an unmistakable air of disdain for even inquiring. This was honestly the first time I encountered a Subway employee who didn’t go out of their way to be fair or pleasant to me. But I suppose it's my fault for coming in wearing gym clothes, right? It seems I made the mistake of choosing the Hugo Subway.

I stopped here for an early lunch, and Destiny made our sandwiches. It was a great experience—she was professional and prepared our sandwiches exactly as we requested, all in a fantastic setting. The customer service from Destiny was excellent! I will definitely come back!
They prefer to eat their own food, which they know they can't mess up.
