Dynamite Sushi Asian Cuisine - Hudson

I can't believe I've been living in Hudson for over a year and hasn't been in this piece of jewelry until today! All foods exceeded our expectations. The sushi was fresh, pad Thai and chicken satay were full of taste. The vegetable tofu soup was warm and delicious. We're coming back!

This place is phenomenal. You have a long history of every meal is excellent, every time in my experience. I ordered several years from Dynamite Sushi. My first time to eat here was in 2009. I ordered chicken noodle soup, no vegetables. And it's by far the best noodle soup I ever had from an oriental dining room. I recently introduced my boss to Dynamite Sushi, and it has become his new favorite place for sushi. Although a California Roll is the most basic and beginner type of sushi, I must recognize her fried California roll. I've never heard of something similar before the sushi fried, but we were blown away. Forgive me not to remember her name; I also have to recognize the woman who usually works at the reception and waits for the weekdays during lunchtime. She is super friendly and welcoming and always has a smile. She even remembers things about you when you come over more than once. I'm not the chicken noodle soup type. They have some awards in front of their lobby, and I can see why that is. Dynamite Sushi is my favorite sushi restaurant throughout New England.

This place is amazing. Drove over an hour to eat lunch with my wife after stumbled on a Google search. It was absolutely worth every minute of the ride. All sushi we ordered was made with very fresh ingredients and was delicious. As a person who has spent time in Korea, I am usually easily left after when I ordered bulgogi in the states. The Boggi at Dynamite Sushi is without question the best I had in the states and is even better than some places in Korea. The meat was tasteful and so delicate that it simply dissolves in your mouth. My wife had the chicken tempura and was also very pleased with how tender and moist the meat was within the perfectly fried, crispy outsides. I'm sure I'm gonna make the drive to get back here.

Really good Sushi and Toro sashimi! Very friendly service too.
