We might have moved here 6-7 months ago and I had no problem. my witness is almost right and hot etc. the girls on tomorrow do a great fast work and seem pleasant. not complaining! I'll be back with my filthy chai tomorrow?

I gave enough chances, but I won’t be coming back. They really like burning food, then telling you it’s not burnt when you ask for a less charred version. I’m okay with waiting if it’s crowded, but it becomes not okay when I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and it tastes horrendous. I won’t be wasting my time or money here anymore.

I placed a doordash order, but every item they were out of, it had 6 items, and 8 different items all together, yet they had none of it according to the dasher. Round Two. I decided mine as well try baskin robbins instead, which this location also serves, i order two milkshakes, there out of that kind, okay, oreo and cookie dough... and that’s when i received the notification that my doordash was cancelled. Not too mention i called up previously to check and see if they had the milkshake i was gonna order in stock, and when i called i got “Hi duggin dunnuts” or however you wanna read that, they didnt even pronounce there own workplace correctly, but then i start talking and all of a sudden, “Hello? Hello?” Hangs up. So i tried calling again, but this time no one answered, so i waited.... and called again.... and once again no one answered, I believe I was being ignored or played by some lazy worker, which is very possible. Person working was a lady, 12am, wed feb 9th. Apologies for the message but this is not even close to the first problem I’ve had with this location and this time I just happened to get a bit irritated.

How can 4-5 people be standing around doing nothing while I wait at the mobile pick up for 10 minutes. The doordash order wss ready and all that it needed was a black coffee. I'll be avoiding DD orders from here.

Tried for the last two trips there to get a grilled cheese sandwich. I asked specifically to have the sandwich grilled on both sides. The sandwich came both times with no browned grilling on either side. I guess thier idea of Grilled is much different than mine.
