The food here is even better than home-cooked meals! The lemon potatoes are to die for! The chicken and shrimp skewers are unmatched anywhere else. The spanakopita is absolutely outstanding! I love, love, love this place! There’s no need for a special occasion—just treat yourself!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was even better. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My friend and I had just dined at Le Colonial in the River Oak neighborhood, where I was disappointed with the service. We chose to skip dessert there and instead came here for a Greek dessert, as I am of Greek heritage. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, and our server was simply wonderful. The desserts were delicious, and the portions were very generous. We promised our server that we would return for lunch the next day. Well done, everyone; I was very happy!

It was exactly what you expect from a Greek restaurant: the ambiance filled with music, delicious food, and candlelight set the perfect scene. We were enchanted under a beautiful grape arbor. The moussaka was the best I’ve ever tasted. The baklava was a generous portion, and when paired with our coffee, it made for an excellent conclusion to our meal.

This place is amazing! The food and drinks are to die for. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Houston.

Love this place. It is our special place since 2005! Tonight my family gave me a little surprise party to celebrate my 55th this coming Tuesday. The only thing that wasn’t a surprise... the food and the service was AMAZING! Thank you Pappas for another great experience in your establishment.
