In the meantime, it seemed like everyone except the cook was on a lunch break, as they were all sitting in front, enjoying wings while we waited. If I left, it would mean my money was wasted on the online order since I had already paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any other option.
They always take an incredibly long time to prepare my order. I usually order online to speed things up, but it still takes over 35 minutes for my food to be ready. I've noticed that the employees are often on their phones and seem to be doing very little. This has happened more than ten times.
The woman in front of me was extremely rude and unfriendly when I inquired about my order. It seemed like she didn't want to serve me, even though my order was already prepared. She attended to everyone else but me, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being discriminated against, which I've never experienced before. I won't be returning to this establishment as long as there are people like her working there.

I brought the food back directly, just to say refunded are 3 to 7 business days only to the general manager! if I don't accept that they called the police on me! none of us! wingstop thinks this is acceptable. They just went from sugar to ****. No flavor like long time ago. Workers are rude and they are too high for the taste
