Whataburger - Houston

Ordered a #1 medium. They charged me for an extra medium fry and didn?t even include it in the bag. Everything else was great! Double check everything before you drive off.

Disappointed no cranberries like it said on the salad apple cranberries salad all I got is all that but no cranberries and for the barries

I just ate here for lunch. I went thrifty the drive through and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo with a sweet tea no ice. The cashier who took my order and passed my food back to me (edward) was quick and nice. However, he did not pay attentionto detail so I ended up with a large sweet tea with ice. Sweet tea is life so that bummed me out. I don't want my tea gettingwatered down before I get to finish it. But otherwise, my food was hot, fresh and on point! There was plenty of parking, twodrive through lanes and there wasn't a long line. Only 3 cars were in front of me in line a and nobody was in line b. Sooverall, good experience and will be back!

Whataburger has become a crapshot experience, consistently inconsistent. Dine in takes a backseat to drive through, cold fries ,burger ingredients not consistent, early morning crews tend to be more in line with the core Whataburger standards .No sweettea or it tastes like it's old. No gravy No toast with chicken strips . Drive through don't get your cookie ,or drink,or apples,No condiments, No napkins. Just depends on Mgt and Crew at that time . I'm cutting back on WB,upping my visits to Chic fi la andJasons Deli

For my first time eating at this location I am very disappointed ?. I ordered a number 2 with a large onions rings . My onions rings were cold and soggy , my burger was just made sloppy . I asked for extra onion and it?s like whoever made my burgerslapped a hand full of onion on my burger the old cold bacon didn?t make it any better ? I?ll never come to this location again.
