Tgi Fridays - Houston

I was there for the first time and had a great experience on TGI Fridays. I was received as soon as I got in. Pros: The food was warm and great. I liked the fact that they are open late (1-2 a.m.) depending on weekday. The environment is friendly and clean. Server was very attentive and treats us super! Cons: The toilet is not the best, they do not give them much maintenance. I think the food is a little overpriced. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying TGI Fridays for the first time. I look forward to getting back to gong!

Ordered children's sliders, wings, brownie obsession with ice cream, which was missing, Jasmine Rice. All the food was cold and seemed to be ordered and sent back. The slides....Fleish burned, the rolls too. They sent this without a card and an hour ago, I understand why. I talked to someone who said she was the manager named Charlotte... That didn't believe it either. The same person answered and hung it up and it rings again. Whoever she was, she had a bad attitude. What do you want me to eat you? Very susceptible... You just said the pommes were cooked perfectly, but cold. If you don't want your money back. Why are you calling? Call to talk to your staff about how customers like them want to treat themselves and their family.

Not for 20 years. A little disappointed with the food. You have to bring back her 7-shift dip. Long Island iced tea was great. As far as I could see, there was only one person in front of the drinks and waiting for tables. Food: 3/5

Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the portion sizes could be a little bigger. Food: 3/5

The food was pretty good, however we ordered an extra side of fry and it had way less than the regular side of fry that was on the side of the burger. The worse part of this visit was the service. We waited more than 10minutes for finally someone to come take our drink order. Then had to wait again for them to come get our order. We never got utensils had to ask a total different waitress. Had to flag someone down for a drink refill and for the check.
