I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem in a food court! They offer a wide variety of salads and vegan whole food plant-based options that you don't typically see in a salad bar. The food was both satisfying and delicious, especially the potato salad. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area, even if I'm not shopping at the mall. The staff was very courteous and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
