Prey - Houston

Oxtail surf and turf was good. My husband got the King cat. He said the shrimp were salty. The service was mediocre. The prices on the menu do not equate to the level of service nor the food and I will not be back.

Upon arriving for my reservation I was told I should sit at the bar, I was seated almost 30 mins late. Got to my table and waited for a waitress over 15 mins. Good is ok, drinks weren’t good at all I could barely finish. Overall, the experience wasn’t good at all.

I made a reservation for 9:30pm but people who didn’t even have a reservation was seated before me. I finally got a table around 10:20 after being told to go to the bar. When my food came to the table I didn’t have any silverware. I waited and waited for the waitress to come to the table while my food just sat in front of me. Horrible experience.

Made reservations for four. Arrived and learned there were no lamb chops, bacon, and beignets. Therefore, we decided to leave because we could not order the any of the items. They opened at 10:00am my reservation was 10:15am. How could you not have these items at opening
