She talks to customers in an unprofessional manner, even when they indicate that the issue has been resolved. She seriously needs training to improve her customer service skills, or she should consider a different career path, as this job clearly isn’t suited for her.
I ordered a 2-piece special on Tuesday and received two dry pieces of old chicken, with no biscuit and no napkins. They also didn’t ask if I wanted a sauce. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed at this place.
The food was decent, but the service could use improvement. The cashier had difficulty hearing me while I was placing my order, and it wasn't the fastest experience overall.
Slowest popeyes ever, every time I come here, it's slow. Today I was waiting to put my order, no one told me nothing. at least they could have said they could have given 5 minutes or something, they didn't say a word. what makes it no better looks like how business was there today and this is the kind of customer service they give even with the higher ones above there. shaking my head, I will no longer come to this place. I went next to the churches huh and it was also good. better popeyes
I lived across the street for some years now and every time I come to this location, they never messed up on my order and always give me my food fresh ?
