The drive thru was super busy so I decided to go inside and they got my order wrong anyway.... I order two three pieces combos of which I only receive two pieces of in both orders. So annoying. I'll go to Canes next time, they always get my order correct.

The line at the drive thru was a bit longer than I preferred, so I parked went in. After placing my order for the 5-piece, nothing extravagant, the only thing different was no gravy on the potatoes. I stepped to the side waited. Well there was another young man that placed a MUCH larger order than mine, about twice what I ordered. However, another person with a previous order came back up to the window for whatever. Then they called the dude who ordered AFTER I did. They proceeded to give him his order. Hello, I'm STILL here. The young man that took my order NEVER came over to explain why it was taking so long. Finally another associate asked me what did I order? She looked at my ticket proceeded to get it together. Really?!!! Time after time I really tru to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, it's not happening!! ?‍
