Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Houston

I went there for the first time in years and the food was fantastic. Hot and tasty chicken with really good mashed potatoes and great red beans and rice. I was impressed.

Good food. Good portion size. I was made to feel like I was bothering the staff by asking for my order and interrupting some serious gossip.Food: 4/5

Don't go here the drive through worker was extremely rude. I would not trust any food coming out of here. She acted super annoyed when I tried to order a combo for me and one for my son. There are two many choices in the area, for me to give my money to someone who clearly doesn't value their customers. And she found it funny that I said nevermind and drove off. Money equals paycheck less money lower paycheck. But, I digress and I won't give a description cause yeah na. She can gone ahead and clock out as far as I am concerned.

I was surprised at the rating, but after looking at the reviews I have to agree with the crappy service. I've been here twice and everyone is just rude!! The first time I went inside for order pickup. There was one young lady manager just standing around like she didn't know what she was doing and speaking rudely to customers. It wasn't until the main manager came out that anything got done. Tonight I came through the drive-thru and the girl was very rude. Everything we ordered was correct, the right temperature, and nothing was missing.

My favorite type of chicken, deep fried in a spicy batter. Always tender and juicy. Don't care for the accompaying biscuit though.
