Pizza Hut - Houston

I ordered a vegetarian pizza without any meat, but they sent me one with sausages and other meats, and it didn’t have any vegetables on it. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, they didn’t respond. Their service is poor, and the delivery was very late when I ordered online. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I came here today. The young lady was not wearing a mask.I get home and hair was on my pizza. I mad I can't turn around because I have to get some sleep for work tonight.She didn't even have on a cap. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.

I ordered pizza at 11:45, and it's been 1 hour and 20 minutes with no delivery. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced, and their customer service is extremely poor. They truly deserve zero stars.

Ordrr pizza and two order of cinnabon cinnamon rolls get home and they was hard. Call the store and the manager stated that she will give me 5.00 my next order i do not order pizza that often. Ask if i can get some fresh one on tomorrow and she stated that i have to bring the old ones back. Will not ever order from this pizza Hut ever again. Wish i can give zero stars after this will go to another pizza hut.

The food was excellent, but this is the second time the delivery driver has tried to pressure me into giving a tip. Additionally, I specifically requested contactless delivery, yet the driver insisted on handing me the items directly. To make matters worse, he wasn't even wearing a mask. I find that quite irresponsible.
