Pappasito's Cantina - Houston

I brought my partner to this restaurant for the first time and he absolutely loved it! From the food to the drinks, everything was great. The manager was very friendly, and I was surprised when we were offered a free sample platter and dessert. I later realized that the manager had noticed my partner's active duty ID, which was a thoughtful gesture. The bartender was also fantastic, very attentive and made delicious drinks. Overall, we had a great experience and I can't wait to bring more people here. This will be our new favorite restaurant whenever we come to Texas!

My fiancée and I had dinner tonight at Pappasitos and, as always, it did not disappoint. I ordered my usual half-pound beef fajita enchiladas and they were delicious. We also enjoyed the flavorful and creamy guacamole. Our server, Matthew, provided excellent service. There was a small mistake when they accidentally brought me chicken enchiladas instead of beef, but the manager and staff handled the situation very well. I would recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine any day of the week! It's the best.

WOW. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service we received from our waitress Jennifer and manager Beth was outstanding. Jennifer was attentive, considerate, and a great conversationalist. She made fantastic recommendations and handled all of her tables with care. We had a delicious meal, including a tasty off-menu spicy mango margarita recommended by Jennifer. The chips and chili con queso with beef fajitas were excellent, and the Tulum combo was also very satisfying. The dessert, Tres leches, was a highlight. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and exceptional service we received. You will not be disappointed!

The staff is fantastic and the food is excellent. I always make sure to stop here whenever I leave Chicago. The homemade flour tortillas are a standout. While you can probably find them everywhere in Texas, there's nothing quite like them in Chi-Town. Tony, our waiter, took great care of us last night. The manager and other senior staff were also exceptional. I recommend trying the thin margarita with just lime juice and tequila on the rocks. It's a refreshing choice.
