The Lemon-Drop was more on the sweet side, but also delicious. The edamame was salted directly and well cooked. The fried rice was TOP NOTCH. Probably the best I ever had. We had a few choices of sushi and they were great! The noodle soup was from this world – I still think about it today. In the middle of our meal, the waitress brought us a plate on the house – I am not sure what it was, but I have no complaints on the taste. This place was fantastic and I can't wait to go back.
What great service! They came to our table very frequently to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious. Presentation was outstanding. Best Japanese I've had in years. Their sushi was perfect. Highly recommend
Everything here is absolutely incredible, the wait staff is very attentive and the food is delicious. I've never had a bad experience here and usually get some sushi on the house if the wait is very long.
The restaurant is really nice. The sushi was okay for me. The appetizer was really good! I don't know what it means, but it was so good! And it was in the house. It's the second photo. The service was a little slow, but quite good.
Order: Lachsrolle, Spicy Tuna Rolle, Usumashi Soup, Ramen and Yakisoba. Volcano roll and green tea ice cream composed by Koch. First, the roles were legit. Perfect sticky rice, not too hard, not too soft. Very thin seaweed wrap not enough to chew enormously well, but enough to keep the roll. Flavorful and salty. And my personal favorite, excellent quality tuna, pulverized to melt in the mouth with spicy enough to feel on the palette, but not overwhelming or have an involuntary linguist. Salmon was as quality and soft as butter. Volcano roll was also a perfect one, and there is little to criticize when they complicate it. Usumashi Soup was fresh, broth was balanced, not too salty or sour, Shitaki did not chew, I again, NOT chew and that was refreshing in itself. Crab melted in your mouth, something that this restaurant does so great to reach. Ramen was a ramen bowl, ordered by my company, a tiny woman who is extremely picky and adventurous with food. She ate every bite so it could not have been terrible or even moderate. Yakisoba was tasty as it should be. Noddles made right, and the chicken small enough to bite size, and manipulated with chipsticks from a beginner with relative ease. The onions in this dish were excellent, not excessively boiled, as I have been in many other places. I know onions are usually not a star, but that's what strikes me. Last, the green tea ice cream. Not sweet, but a perfect pallet cleaner to leave you fresh as you go. I'm gonna impress with friends again. Thank you for the meal. 08/07/21
