Miss Saigon Pho Grill - Houston

Today for lunch and was very satisfied! I have lunch and a couple of spring rolls to go! eating was very good and good portions for lunch. service was good and restaurant was clean. will definitely be back!

They gave away our food order to someone else and when we came to pick up the order, of course they are now scrambling to make us another order. Waited another 20 mins when I called way in advance to order it the first time.We ordered the Egg Noodle Soup with Chicken and traditionally with that the broth is completely different than Pho. But we got the Pho broth instead which tasted odd.Expensive for what we got and not special. We can definitely find way better food and service elsewhere. Just wanted to try since this place was so close to where we live, but I guess we going to look somewhere else.

I started coming here for the pho, and I'm slowly branching out. Everything has been really tasty. My only complaint is that they leave the tails on the shrimp, but that won't stop me from eating here.

Food is still decent, but the service is very slow now. I used to be able to go during my lunch break and have plenty of time. Not anymore. I am not sure if they sold the place or what happened, but there are much younger people working there than before and they seem to have zero umph or motivation to take care of the customers.

Horrible service! Stood at the door waiting to be seared and no one acknowledged me for a good 5 minutes all though they looked right at me. Then another customer walked in and they sat her right away. So I walked up to the individual that made eye contact and let him know that why was that customer seated before me when he seen me standing there and he said he didn't see me
