Luby's - Houston

Great food! One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Houston. You can hardly find a cafeteria restaurant anymore. Mexican corn bread, cabbage, sweet potatoes, salmon (you cannot see) and a banging fresh salad. truck driver, there is really only room to park cocks; but I have seen a tractor with trailer parked on the lot near the road once. Had an online order and she guy who answered was super friendly and helpful. He told me to go through the ride to pick up my order. The food was hot and everything tasted great. My only complaint (and this is based only on my personal experience) is that the line on the journey through forever (I know that their not their fault, the people order on the journey through and they must prepare the food they have ordered). When I realized it would go to the house faster, there were already cars behind me. But as I said, that was my problem when I went in, I'm sure the service would have been much faster.

Cod Almondine, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, Dinner Salad. Each product was tastefully very well prepared. The server staff were pleasant, efficient informative. And the restaurant was clean, tidy, well maintained and pleasant. I would definitely return.

Eating in every Luby's only Vibes with childhood nostalgia, brings flashbacks simple times with your family. The staff is friendly here, the food quality is fairly consistent, and is always served piping hot. Popular tariffs include fried fish, chicken fried steak and pot roast. I usually get the fish with one side of Mac and cheese. I hope this company will come many more generations.

I love the food at Lubi's. I have to change to a healthier diet. I decided to try the 3 or 4 vegetable plates. I chose the 4. The vegetables were amazing. I also had a cucumber salad. I wanted the beet salad but it was not available. The portions were great. I had leftovers. I didn't feel like I was going without because I didn't have any meat. I will visit this location again.
