I've asked for another sauce bag but they told me no. I'm a big fan of firehouse subs so I got a whole bottle. The staff could be improved on costumer services. 1 exta sauce bag won't change her inventory.Food: 3/5
The staff here are all very nice and welcoming. I order the exact same food every week via the mobile app (because my particular vegetarian sub options differ greatly from the default one on the menu, so I don’t want to overload the cashier) and the staff always have it ready by the time I arrive. The cherry limeade is definitely a highlight of my visit and the staff is happy to bring out fresh limes any time I ask. The mobile app could have more options for drinks/sides that are available dine-in, but for dine-in the experience and food is great every time.
Was having a rough day and had a lot to carry, but the staff were very nice and attentive. Elizabeth was the one who stood out the most and was there to help out with everything I needed. Just wanted to write a review on how appreciative I am.
Went through the drive through and ordered a brownie. The lady forgot to put it in the bag. No big deal I still had my receipt so I went back in. They literally told me I way lying and they gave all of their brownies out. Why would I lie over $1.99? I couldn't believe it smh.
