*updated REVIEW*10 minutes drive wait again, and there are 2 cars ahead of me. incredibly slow. from bacon. from $1 jalapeno poppers. Why did you open the bank anyway?

After placing an online order and driving to the window they told me they can’t find my order and I can get a refund from my bank for my charges. I showed my receipt and asked the mgr.to call someone to fix the problem. She closed and locked the window and never came back.The Burger King app no longer exist.

Negative stars, Morning service was horrible. We started talking amongst ourselves about what we wanted to order and the guy started screaming at us that he did not speak Spanish. Which we specified, we were communicating with everyone in the vehicle. He preceded to argue with us that he did not speak Spanish, we spoke English to him, and continued to turn off his headset and refused us service. If you don't like your job, may be look for an alternative route. Don't be rude and disrespectful when you work customer service.
