Aji Peruvian Grill - Houston

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I never had Peruvian well, so when my friend recommended it, I was a little confused. But I am the food lover I am, I will probably try something at least once. And I love Latin food. As you can see, my wife, her girlfriend, and I ordered a decent amount of food to really get a good idea of quality and taste. I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed with anyone. Very traditional foods to fit with flavors. You can see reviews as the Empenada is expensive, but the quality of it makes me happy to spend so much. I would definitely order it again. So far everything else, although it tastes delicious, it's a bit expensive here. I understand that they calculate according to the quality of their dishes, but it only makes me want to visit once a year if that. Will definitely be back for the Empenada!

Found on the way, although with family from Peru, they had to fix their. I had the fried Tempura/Ceviche plate and damn it was good. Roasted corn for the road. Prices were steep, but overall reasonable and worth the service and food costs. They have made very good looking plates. Overall, large small space.

Ceviche was excellent. Tried the pick three samplers and it was amazing! Server was very well known and helpful when we make our decisions.

Great Peruvian stain! Authentic dishes! Lomo salado, ceviche, jalea. I'll miss it when I go.

Fires were frozen and not fully cooked and not crispy at all. Quality of the meat was good. Location is not good. Service was great.
