The greens and crab cakes were tasty. Just be sure to inquire about the market price of the crab cakes before ordering as they were $32. The server was friendly and they offer a selection of whiskey.
Second review: 5 Stars! We came back for dinner and everything was SO GOOD! We had shrimp cocktail, cousin balls, salmon with asparagus and Gouda mash potatoes, and the shrimp plate with coleslaw and dirty rice! The margarita needed work but that?sokay. Initial review: 4 stars. Hoping for 5 next time. Brittney was so nice and attentive. We were bummed that we were limitedto the brunch menu until 3 but the food was good. We want to visit for dinner one day. I had the birds and beignets and thechicken looks like it had cornmeal batter on it so I immediately thought it was fish even though I ordered chicken. It tastedgood and was seasoned nicely. My partner had French toast with bacon, grits, and eggs and they were all good. He also had ahurricane which was OK. I had wine but will try the cocktails next time and try to enjoy the patio as well.
My girl and I were driving around looking for a new place to eat and decided to stop at Arcadian Coast. We didn't really know what to expect but we're glad we stopped. The food was great! The size is amazing for the price. The food was full of flavor andthe presentation was beautiful. The oysters are the best I've ever had, they were fat, fresh and delicious. The staff washelpful and attentive. We are definitely going back.
AVOID! I went awhile back during crawfish season and enjoyed sitting at the bar and had a pretty solid hurricane and service one night. But after a recent experience I'd never go back. It's almost like false advertising and a big let down for any Cajun person hoping for some legit gulf coast food and drinks. Honestly you'd get more flavorful seafood literally anywhere else. Think the raw oysters might be a good path instead? They smelled funky so I wasn't going to take my chances. Didn't bother trying to ask for a manager since the whole place seemed like a dumpster fire despite not being very busy. I'll hit one of the many other seafood spots in town next time instead.
The restaurant was closed the day of our reservation. It's a failure of Open Table or the restaurant. Fortunately there is a great Mexican restaurant across the street.
