Got a $9.99 coupon and ended up spending $27 due to minimum order requirements. $5 delivery fee and then have to add a tip?! All goes Straight to the CEO 's bottom line! Repeat after me: Fighting Off Capitalism ! Regardless of quality, next 6 months I 'm back to supermarket at $5-$8 before I 'll splurge again.
Not only was my food delivered 20 minutes late, it was delivered to the wrong house! My neighbor had to deliver it for pizza hut. Once we received the food, it was cold and gross.
Waited 45 minutes to receive a luke warm pizza. No one else was in the restaurant. The server was very nice and was kind enough to give us a 20% discount for the wait; However, we opted to take the cold pizza home to reheat (not what we planned). Our server was expected to wait tables, take and box phone orders and work the drive thru!! Ridiculous! Whoever owns/manages this franchise should hire more servers or close the dining room altogether. One employee should not be expected to cover so many areas. I seriously doubt we will return to this restaurant.
Over the last couple of years they have closed virtually all of the Pizza Hut locations in our area. As a result we were looking for one to dine at when we ventured into Myrtle Beach recently. We specifically wanted a location with a salad bar as we love the creamy Italian salad dressing which we just can’t seem to find a comparable anywhere. After researching we found this location and made it in time for the Lunch Buffett as we arrived into town. Salad bar was basically just as we remembered and the pizza Buffett was excellent. Pizza was hot and fresh as were the breadsticks. Spoke to the manager at the end as we were leaving and she was great as well. Definitely brought back some memories of growing up and going to the Hut!
I'd just wanted to say that 2 Angels were looking out for my 4 kids and I...Jessica and Mrs. Jamie, as well as the whole crew had the MOST PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS WORLD!!! We had to be somewhere at 9pm, but I'd totally forgotten, so when I told Mrs. Jessica...her Angelic skills kicked into gear (as well as, Mrs. Jamie and the Crew!!! , she was on it and the crew!! They got us out of there quickly, on top of the fact...they carried our pizzas to our cars and waited for me to get all of my babies safely bucked in, while offering us VERY kind words and Prayers!!! We'd even make it to our destination, with 10 mins to spare!!! I LOVE THEM SO VERY MUCH AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'D EVER HAD, SINCE THIS YEAR BEGUN!!! GOD WILL TRULY BLESS THEM!!!! OH...AND BY THE WAY...THEY ARE DEFINITELY HIRING AND HAVE AN AMAZING CREW!!! HIRING CUSTOMERS WITH A SMILE AND ANGELIC SKILLS, SUCH AS JESSICA AND JAMIE!!!!
