This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I asked for a breakfast meal w/ sausage and they gave me bacon instead. Then gave and charged me for the wrong burrito. The young cashier began talking loudly about how she don't lie, I don't have to lie, I put in what she said...I simply and calmly asked for a refund and returned their sloppy food to them. $15.77 worth. It was one awful experience and I would never visit this location again. Loose lips sinks ships were my last words to the manager because the other two people weren't really saying anything out loud but the cashier was getting louder and louder as if she was trying to convince her inner conscience that she did the right thing, knowing all along she messed up, for some reason I thought she was trying to get me in her realm of thinking but I never went there. I kept my integrity. Also when I asked for my receipt back they gave me the receipt that said refunded, but they scratched out the name of the cashier. I wonder why?
Placed an order today on the Taco Bell app, went to pick it up and was told they didn 't have 2 of the 3 burritos I ordered on the side with my grill cheese burrito combo. Ok cool, I get to the window and was then told I 'll have to cancel my order, so to make sure I 'm understanding the young lady right I say so I have to cancel the whole order cause the burritos right? She says We only can give you 2 of your items So I 'm like So you 'll must not have all the items for the combo either? Which consists of a grill cheese burrito, chalupa, Dorito taco, cinnamon twist and drink. She says yeah we have it . So now I 'm puzzled as to why I only can only get 2 of the items out my whole order if you have the other items and just out the 2 burritos? Make it make sense! I don 't think she understood ? what she said herself ??. I asked again why I only can get 2 of my items cause at this point I 'm confussed before I told her I 'll just cancel and she just kept saying I only can get 2 items with no explanation as to why. Ended up having to call tacobell 1800 number, wait 30 mins to speak to someone on the phone to get a refund because it 's no way to cancel the order on the app once you 've arrived to pick up. Loss my free reward and have to wait for my money back due to whatever the reason was. I never got a reason. Ordering on the app is supposed to be convenient, what an inconvenience! No apology or anything. Like I said I don 't think she even understood what she said herself!Update: After contacting Taco Bell and was told I would be receiving a refund in a few days well I 'm still waiting because now I have to contact them again because they refunded my money and turned right around and took it right back off my card. I nevered received anything from this order so why is my card being charged and who authorized them to take money off my card again for food I nevered received from the jump and bad customer service?? Im not about to give Taco Bell any of my money for free unless I 'm donating and I definitely wasn 't donating that day. At this point I 'm pretty much done with Taco Bell all around. Ill spend my money where food and customer service is worth it at and its definitely not here. But one thing for sure they best believe their gonna drop my money off. Sad I gotta go through all this for my money. No help at the location or over the phone apparently and they had nerves to respond to this review but still did nothing to fix the issue. Thats bad business.
