Place was dirty and understaffed. Glad the credit card machine didn't work, and we weren't able to get any food or ice cream because the longer I was there the more mess I could see. Hassle because the credit card machine took away my 20$ of gift card. Spent time to obtain gift card back between store because corporate was useless. In the end was able to obtain a new giftcard. More of a hassle then expected.

Does not accept corporate promos at this location. Typically experience very slow service here, staff are overworked and understaffed/underpaid high schoolers. Nothing against staff, franchise owner clearly in it only for profit and not for a stable business. Disappointing since it's been here so long but terrible management has left this location derelict and unwanted.

Best DQ family restaurant. Huge ice cream cones are delightful! Blizzards are very yummy! Service is great. Sometimes only 1 person is working so be patient. FYI, coupons don't work at the family owned DQ's. You get your money's worth of ice cream here.

Omg! Do not go to this place , they charged me for a pup cup… everywhere it’s free ! Even the guys making change did not know how to properly give it back the place needs serious organization

Won 't accept DQ coupons (Hopkins store). But will make you pay the credit card issuers fee. This fee is typically paid by the business. It also appears DQ has once again shrunk the size of its Blizzard !DQ is really not worth it.
