We've been in search of the best birria tacos and think we found it! The way I usually test a new place though is by their tamales so we ordered some of those too. The flavor is there but the masa was quite mushy. It might be a regional thing...I'd still order them again though because the overall flavor was there, the meat well seasoned and not dry. We drove a good distance but would do it again!

Casa Deli is a hole in the strip mall one could drive right by. I only heard about it because my friend lives in the area. The locals definitely know about Casa Deli.It’s small. Counter ordering. Just a few places to sit and eat. They do a LOT of takeout business. While we ate in on a Monday afternoon, there were at least 7 people that came in and picked up doordash or call in orders. They are busy.Given that, we got our food quickly. Maybe 10 minutes after a walk-in order.They are a little pricey also. There really isn’t a meal for less than $14.The food is delicious. Everything I had was great. I was with 3 friends, and we all ordered something different and everyone liked everything.I had the gyro plate, just delicious and plenty to eat. They have some really unique Mexican dishes and twists on hamburgers.The menu is vast. SO MANY options. So many things to try.I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Hopkins. Thanks for the great meal!Kid-friendliness: Small place. Probably not the best for kids.Parking: It’s a strip mall so there is plenty of parking.

Just had the California Burrito ? and it was delicious, seasoned very well. Their salsas are fresh and tasty. They honored my special instruction for extra cheese and extra spicy so I'm happy ?Definitely coming back again though the main reason I don't eat here more often is the pricing. ?‍
