Arby's - Hoover

I hate to write this review because I have eaten there often for a long time. first, eating is always good, no problems. very good, no problems, and generally fast service. that is, the last two times there was the dune locked in the normal hours, although there was a big sign outside, says dine in now open. if there is a personal problem or whatever his fine, everyone understands, but take the sign down. if you fire bad and lazy management and his associates, or you will be on the road in wendys. I am pleased to revise this review in future, because these arbys are generally good.

I use to work for arbys. But the people they have at this location is very sad and poor. They are very rude and slow. I know one of the ASM that work at this location and it's still very sad. I was on drive thru and heard whoever was on the speaker literally yelling at this older lady because she spoke. Very pathetic, I know it's hard to find people but arbys you're better off changing operating hours than providing this kind of service. I understand poor service but this was unacceptable and it wasn't even me it happened to.

This arbys (Lorna road) you want to stay away from. I knew I shouldnt have gone here after not seeing any cars there during lunch or dinner hours, but I gave 2 shots. The first, 5 months ago and was not very good. The second, tonight and it was absolutely awful. I live 2.7 miles away and fries got cold during that long drive home. The place looked closed while driving up... I think they should go ahead and close. Will not be returning and would not reccomend.

Closes at 11 but sat at the drive thru window for 20mins with no response at 8:30.

Went here at Lorna rd locations as usual. Went with my husband and my 10th th old baby since it’s easy for us to put my baby in the high chair and spend a good time in the restaurant. Unfortunately I had to knock at the door loud (it was locked) because they were ignoring us… well, they were close even though they have a HUGE advertisement that they are OPEN for dine in. And the schedule says it’s open too….
