Mcdonald's - Hoopeston

I visited this place for lunch on Jan 7th, ordered a mcmuffin breakfast meal, after waiting about 5 minutes for anyone to actually come to the counter to take my order, then when I ordered, the lady gave me a cup to get my drink. On top of the pop machine, there is green mold growing right by the ice maker on top. Does anyone ever clean this place? On the front counter is a sign if you dont tell you about the voice survey, you get a free pie.. She never did, so I got my free pie.From the terrible customer service, and the mold and filth at this location, I would avoid it, unless you want to get sick from the filth.

I am totally aware of the staffing shortages. With that said I understand slower service but when an employee is standing near the window where you pay in the drive thru eating french fries I think it is rude and unsanitary. I understand people get breaks but not standing between the window and the cooks in back, nasty! The line was reasonable so it should never have taken so long to get my small order of a burger, fries and a drink. I was then asked to pull around to the front of the building where I waited another 5 minutes, only to be greeted by a grumpy employee who I said hello and thank you to and she grunted and walked away. Then the order was wrong, not that it is anything new with this McDonald's, I am not sure why I go back other than my kids begging. I am so over this restaurant, and I use that term loosely!

My fish was not as good as it normally is. One half of my fish had a lot of batter and only a small bite of fish inside the batter. I ordered a fish dinner but did not get fries. I had to take my place to the counter to get my fries. Not a great experience tonight.

It's great. There friendly .. Was just a little embarrassed cause the Shamrock Shakes were not working because the machine was fixed .. But that's okay, there's always another day witch is great if it was my husband, we'd live here IT GREAT

We sometimes use the bathrooms during travel. I think we tried a few times a salad that was pretty good.
