Billy Bob's Hamburgers - Hondo

Do not worry about billy bob if they are looking for a halfway decent burger. it is bad enough that the pattys paper are thin, but to make the dinge worse, they cook the life from the pattys, dry as the West Texas wind. do not try to ask the staff to cook them well in the medium or medium term. they won't. it is dry carburized or they will not do it. and no nonsense because of cooties, hamburger and my safety I am perfect in the position to observe my own safety. on the other hand, the fried cat is surprisingly good for a burger joint when a wee is a bit expensive. the personal is friendly and attentive, even if it is not allowed to order.

The burgers and fish were absolutely delicious! The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.

The first time we visited this restaurant, the girl at the counter took our order, processed payment, brought our drinks, and we sat down. After a 10-15 minute wait, our food arrived. I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and my companion had the 1/2 lb burger. Both dishes were absolutely fantastic!

The customer service at this restaurant is poor. Customers can wait at the window for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. It takes 30 minutes to receive their order at the drive-thru. It is unfortunate because the food is actually good when they receive proper service.

Wait was long because of being short staffed, but it was worth the wait, one if the best hamburgers I've had in a long time!!!!
