Fuji Asian Bistro - HOMOSASSA

I went to this restaurant over the weekend for dinner. My friends and I were craving sushi and wanted to try something new in Zitrusland. We were able to find plenty of seating when we arrived. Our waitress provided great service and was very attentive. We ordered 4 rolls of soup and a salad. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered hot and sour soup, as it's not something you see often on menus. The salads were delicious and the ginger dressing was tasty. When our rolls arrived, I was impressed by how much I enjoyed them. We tried the volcanic roll, dynamite roll, fried gator roll, and mango roll. The mango roll in particular stood out to me, as I had never tried a sushi roll with fruit before. I was impressed by all of the rolls and hope that the fried gator roll becomes a regular menu item, as I enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you find yourself in the area.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The chef personally came out to greet us! The food was fantastic and the prices were great. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at this restaurant. We will definitely be returning in the future.
