White Castle - Homewood

The trip was 20 minutes. I went in and stood for 10 minutes and was never recognized or asked if I wanted something. I went and went to the in munster and got big, quick and pleasant service. will not return to the Halsted site. poor customer service and management.

Eat slowly ready, no kondiments in the bag, I had to check the bag and wait longer to ask for them, the men never came back into the window for a series of minutes.

I got my order right eating was fresh. the employees have to pay customers at night instead of turning their backs, dancing to sing

This white castle is the only restaurant that is open 24 hours in this opposite. it is also really sucking because their customer service is the worst. the journey through the line is very slow. After waiting 25 minutes to finally get into the window and pay for my food, they didn't even have my order in the system. please do it better.

They are ever taking orders. They never have anything advertised on their own signs. Ridiculous. Waste of time being in line for so long for them to say they're not taking orders ALL the time. I don't know if management knows this. Bad experience living in Glenwood. I've given up.
