Total 7.5/10 Service 7/10 When we first came, the hostess and waiters did not really seem to know what was going on. The waiting staff seemed to be new, so it's good. The servers were asked to take our commands, even though they fought with the tablet-like device they used. They were very friendly and personal if not professional. Food 5/10 When our drinks arrived, some milk shakes were already melted by hot glasses where they were served. My burger was great, but one of our parties had an obviously burned burger. The edges were darkened to impossibility. We are not the way to complain because almost every one of us has worked in industry, but the chefs should know better than to serve. Cleanliness 10/10 The whole place was incredibly clean, and I saw staff bus tables as soon as the customers had gone. The bathrooms were as close to spotless as could be expected from a busy fast-call dining area.

Wasn't in a Red Robin in a while, I'm so glad we left, I forgot how good this place is. Food is great. Huge selection. And this location has absolutely fantastic servers. I come here more often.

Service was great! Had a bigger party to celebrate Father's Day, and they were very accused if nobody else was. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. There is always an entertaining atmosphere with the funny decorations, they keep the live sports on the TVs to keep all parties entertained. There are new drinks selection and dessert menu is an excellent supplement. Only the disappointment we had is that they removed her chili, which was a family lover. But, in turn, they added a number of new choices to choose to change the flavors. Come back soon.

Place wasn't busy. Staff standing around and talking to people waiting, sitting. After all, it had to scream when someone worked. No one came a few minutes later. The waitress was good. Pizza was great. The burger needed a lot to wish. 6

We came here twice within a month. I'm not sure why we haven't visited this restaurant earlier. They serve bottomless fries!!! Other restaurants may serve bottomless soap, bread, or salad. But no other restuarant offer bottomless fries!!! I love fries and I am definitely coming back!! Anyway, the first time we came my husband and I both ordered vegetarian burgers, and they were very good. Second time we visited, we ordered meat burgers and also very good. Their milkshake was also very good too. Not to mention, the location of the resturant is great, right next to the shopping area, Costco (I shop there a lot), the movie theatre, and the river trail.
